Congratulations to Stacey Baganz for graduating Summa Cum Laude from the Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition program and for becoming Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (Cand.). She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin. A deep desire to help individuals achieve their maximum potential through diet and supplementation drove Stacey to study holistic nutrition. After researching many programs, Stacey entered Hawthorn because of the intense clinical nature of the program and because she felt it was the “best fit” for her needs. She started the company, MicroFUEL Nutrition, to help endurance athletes improve performance, recovery and long term health by uncovering and correcting nutritional deficiencies. Her thesis is entitled Fueling performance: An evaluation of the ergogenic effects of the modified paleo diet’s macronutrient composition in endurance sports. Best of luck, Stacey!
