Congratulations to Dawn Viola for graduating from the Master of Science in Health and Nutrition Education program with a Magna Cum Laude designation. Dawn also holds a BFA in Visual Design from UMass Dartmouth. After a successful career as a creative director and documentary producer in the advertising industry, she switched her focus to food after discovering she had multiple food allergies.
