Hawthorn University All About Alumni webinar series welcomes Ginger Hudock, MBA, NC, CGP, CBNP for her presentation Teaching Others to Improve Their Health with Nutrition.
In this live presentation Ginger will explain how she first became interested in nutrition to help improve her own health. She will also discuss why she decided to enroll in Hawthorn University and help others with their nutritional needs. Ginger will describe the scope of her current practice and give advice to those considering a career in the field of holistic nutrition.
Ginger Hudock, MBA, NC, CGP, CBNP, is a holistic nutrition consultant in Aiken, SC. Her business, Nutrition with Ginger, helps clients discover the power of personalized, whole foods nutrition to prevent and heal from many chronic health concerns, especially gluten and other food sensitivities. She is a 2015 Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Nutrition Consultant Program at Hawthorn University. Ginger is also a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner and a Certified Bioindividual Nutritional Practitioner. She holds memberships in the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and the Weston A. Price Foundation. She has had additional training in nutrition for cancer support at Hawthorn, on traditional diets as documented by Dr. Weston A. Price with Sally Fallon and in the courses Introduction to Functional Medicine and Introduction to Functional Nutrition from the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Prior to beginning her career in nutrition, Ginger was an educator and college administrator for thirty years, most recently as the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance at USC Aiken. Her eclectic background includes a bachelor’s degree in vocal performance from UNC-Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance from UNC-Greensboro. She considers herself a teacher and advisor, whether working with people individually or in groups.
