Hawthorn University All About Alumni Graduate Webinar Series welcomes graduate Tracey Fox, NC (NC 2011) for her presentation of Holistic Nutrition in a Clinical Setting: Making Lemonade Out of Lemons in North Carolina.

Hawthorn Summa Cum Laude graduate Tracey Fox, NC, will demonstrate how she is able to work her passion while making a living in holistic nutrition in North Carolina – the most restrictive state in the country for health care freedoms. Aligning with open-minded, integrative, and gifted doctors has allowed Tracey to do the work she loves, to design nutrition and lifestyle protocols for some extraordinary and critical cases that holistic nutrition rarely gets to impact…from Autism to Zellwinger’s and many disorders in between.

Tracey Fox is the Director of Nutrition at Integra Wellness Center, North Carolina. She also sees patients of Integra Rehabilitation Physicians, and The Brain Restoration Clinic where she assists a team of doctors in providing nutritional counseling and lifestyle strategies to their patients. She also teaches classes on holistic health all over the country. Tracey is co-founder of Holistic Reboot, a very popular 5-week class series. She runs a virtual practice where geography is not a limitation to the people that she sees. Tracey believes the foundation of good health comes from eating real foods based on a person’s biochemical individuality. Whole foods, stress reduction, and lifestyle management she feels are the foundations of optimal health.

Tracey has appeared on many local Charlotte television and radio shows, as well as print media. She enjoys exercise in all forms, yoga, meditation, cooking, inventing recipes, reading, hiking, and exploring the farmer’s market.
